CASE STUDY 01 · OPERATIONAL AUTOMATION
WEB APP • AUTOMATION • DATA RECONCILIATION

Travel Agency — Commission & Reconciliation Platform

From hours of manual payment reconciliation to a system that automates the process.

A custom web platform built to centralize sales, supplier statements, commission reconciliation, agent payouts, and operational reporting.

01 / THE PROBLEM

The Problem

The operation required comparing data from multiple sources to determine which reservations generated commissions, which matched internal records, and what payout amounts belonged to each agent.

“The issue was not a lack of information. It was the time required to turn that information into operational decisions.”

MANUAL WORKFLOW FRICTION
1. Supplier statements
2. Internal sales records
3. Manual review & matching
4. Commission calculation
5. Agent payouts
02 / THE SOLUTION

The Solution

I built an internal web platform that centralizes the reconciliation and commission management process into four clear business functions:

A.

DATA INGESTION

Upload and normalization of data coming from multiple suppliers and internal records.

B.

RECONCILIATION

Matching internal records against received commissions to identify matches, pending items, and exceptions.

C.

COMMISSION MANAGEMENT

Organization of reconciled operations to calculate and manage agent payouts.

D.

OPERATIONAL REPORTING

Converting operational data into actionable administrative reporting.

03.1 ·

Centralized operational visibility.

Instead of scattered spreadsheets and separate reviews, the dashboard centralizes sales, commissions, and pending records to maintain continuous operational control.

03.2 ·

Record reconciliation and exception detection.

Instead of manually cross-referencing supplier files, the system matches records automatically and highlights exceptions to resolve discrepancies before payout.

03.3 ·

Structured ingestion from multiple sources.

Instead of handling disparate supplier formats manually, the ingestion center standardizes files and statements to feed reconciliation without manual data entry.

Does your business still depend on spreadsheets, files, and manual processes?

You don't always need to buy another piece of software. Sometimes you need to build exactly the system your operation requires.

CASE STUDY 02 · RETAIL OPERATIONS
WEB APP • POS • INVENTORY • OPERATIONS

Uniformes Paty — Retail Operations System

From disconnected sales, inventory and cash-control processes to a centralized operation.

A custom web application built to connect the essential operations of a uniform retailer: sales, inventory and daily cash control.

01 / THE PROBLEM

When each part of the operation lives separately, managing the business becomes harder.

Sales, inventory and cash control are part of the same operational flow. When that information is managed separately, more manual review is required and maintaining visibility over daily operations becomes more difficult.

The Single Operational Flow

INVENTORY UPDATE
03
STOCK CONTROL
04
PAYMENTS
05
CASH CLOSING
06
ADMIN REVIEW

When these stages operate in isolated tools, reconciling numbers requires constant manual verification.

02 / THE SOLUTION

A platform to connect daily operations.

The system centralizes the core business functions so that sales, inventory, and cash control are part of the same operational flow.

A.

POINT OF SALE

Products can be located, availability reviewed, items added to the cart and sales registered from a single interface.

B.

INVENTORY

Inventory is centralized by product, size, school and location to simplify operational visibility and control.

C.

CASH CLOSING

Cash and card movements are consolidated and daily cash counts can be compared against the expected amount.

Real screens from the core areas of the system built to manage daily operations.

03.1 ·

Sales and inventory connected from the start.

The system allows products and stock availability to be reviewed while the sale is being created, reducing the separation between commercial activity and inventory control.

03.2 ·

Stock visibility by product, size and location.

Availability and inventory distribution can be reviewed from a single view, simplifying stock monitoring.

03.3 ·

Daily control between recorded and counted amounts.

The module consolidates period movements and allows expected cash to be compared against the physical count at the end of the operating period.

04 / OPERATIONAL OUTCOME

ONE PLATFORM CONNECTING SALES, INVENTORY AND CASH CONTROL.

The result is greater continuity across the business's core operational activities and centralized visibility into information that would otherwise need to be reviewed across separate processes.

05 / TECHNOLOGY

Responsive web architecture optimized for counter touchscreens and keyboard, featuring real-time stock validation and mathematical cash drawer reconciliation.

CASE STUDY 03 · CONNECTED COMMERCE
POS • CRM • LOYALTY • OFFLINE OPERATIONS

BakeryOS — Commerce, CRM & Loyalty

From an isolated counter sale to a connected experience across operations, customers, and loyalty.

A platform built to connect the point of sale with customer information, preferences, and the loyalty experience.

01 / THE PROBLEM

A sale ends at checkout. The customer relationship shouldn't.

In many counter-service businesses, sales, customer history and loyalty programs operate as separate activities. This makes it harder to maintain continuity between what someone buys, their preferences and their next interaction with the business.
